    FeeJunction is an Online Fees Payment and Collection tool, which empowers parents & students to pay school/college fees online in a secure and convenient environment.

  • How Does FeeJunction Work?

    For Parents: In order to pay fees, you need to enter the Name of the Institution, Admission Number and the Date of Birth of your child in the Login section. After successful login, you can easily follow the links/instructions and pay the fees online. You can also manage your account by logging in and accessing various useful links.

    For Education Institutions: The education institutions need to apply for the membership of FeeJunction by submitting the requested details in "School/Colleges Join Now" section. We will follow up by communicating FeeJunction membership details. Once an education institution joins Fee Junction, it can use this online tool for the purposes of fee collection and management.

  • I am an education institution. How can FeeJunction help me save money?

  • I forgot my username? What should I do?

    Your username is the email address through which you registered yourself on Fee Junction website. If you have not yet registered, you can create your ID on feecounter.com by clicking on 'Login' and then on 'Sign up'. Once you register, it will become your permanent ID through which you can login and make payments, view and download e-receipts and so on. If you do not want to register, you can also login using your existing Google email ID or Facebook ID.

  • What are the payment options available to pay fee via FeeJunction?

    You can pay fee via:
    • Netbanking (over 20 national banks)
    • Debit Card (All banks, including Maestro)
    • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners)
  • Do I need to open a new bank account?

    There is no need to open a new account. You can use your existing account with netbanking facility. You can also use Credit or Debit Card.

  • How much time will it take to reflect the payment?

    Online fee payment is instant and will reflect in your payments list if successful. You will also receive an email notification on your registered email address.

  • Are my transactions safe?

    Yes, all the transactions on FeeJunction are encrypted by 128-bit SSL security, which is an industry standard security prevalent for online payments.

  • Do I have to pay any service charges?

    Yes. You need to pay very nominal service charges depending on the mode of payment. These charges will be added to the fees, which will be reflected in the amount you need to pay before making payment for each transaction.

  • Can I pay Miscellaneous Fee through Fee Junction?

    This service is designed in such a way that you can pay any type of fees introduced by your Education Institution.

  • Can I pay fees in advance?

    Fees can be paid in advance provided your Education Institute has generated the invoice in advance as per their Fee Payment policy.

  • Can I pay fee using my smartphone?

    Yes. The service is compatible with smartphones provided you are connected with a working Internet connection on your smartphone.

  • I have not received email notification/receipt on my registered email ID even after making the payment. How do I confirm the payment?

    You can download the receipt by managing your account on FeeJunction website. In fact, you can view/download all your transactions by managing your account.

  • I am getting an error message while trying to make payment. What should I do?

    Usually, if you enter the correct details, the system doesn't malfunction. In case you still get an error message, please ensure:

  • (a) Your credit/debit card details (number, CVV, expiry date and 3D Secure password) are correctly entered.

  • (b) Your netbanking ID and Password are correctly entered.

  • (c) If the details mentioned above are correct and you are still facing problems, then get in touch with us.
